Polish Airlines To Use Kerala IT Firm’s Software

 Polish airline Eurolot will use a software, "iFly Res", Thiruvananthapuram: Polish airline Eurolot will use a software, “iFly Res”, developed by Kerala-based technology company to manage passenger reservations of its entire fleet, an official of the carrier said. “We strongly believe that iFly Res will help increase Eurolot sales during this period of expansion. We are sure that our passengers will benefit from the enhanced and customer-friendly booking process,” said Mateusz Kokosiski, Eurolot Commercial Manager.

“iFly Res” has been developed by Technopark-based firm IBS, which caters to the travel and logistics industry. Its list of customers includes All Nippon Airways (ANA), Jet Blue, Kingfisher Airlines, Nippon Cargo Airlines (NCA) and Qantas.
“iFly Res is a new generation Passenger Services System designed to provide business agility for an airline, through its innovative business processes, workflows and rule engines that are in line with the emerging trends in the industry,” said Jude Kishore, head of airline travel services, IBS.
