Jim; your response is out of touch with the Auditor Generals findings based on
current science. The Program is full of fraud based on the reports
of investigators within your Ministry. The program has no credibility since
so many vehicles in Ontario are not tested.The whole northern part of the Province, all farm vehicles,all the emegency vehicles,Police, Fire & EMS to
a mention a few . Please look into this matter before releasing
