Vaughn: Expo City II, being developed by Cortel Group, is the second phase of the largest and most impressive urban project in Vaughan’s history, boasting a 37 storey facade that will house 351 units. The five tower development will transform over 400 acres of commercial and industrial space into a metropolitan hub.
The Cortel Community features a people friendly urban square, retail galleria and covered walkways that will connect residents with a transformed Avenue 7 (renaming that portion of Hwy 7) that will feature wide sidewalks, bike paths and retail frontage. Residents will also get exclusive access to a 20,000 sq.ft. amenity space including a fitness centre equipped with a yoga studio and indoor pool that opens to a roof top garden.
