Melbourne:  Veteran Indian tennis star Leander Paes and his compatriot Purav Raja crashed out of the men’s doubles competition at the Australian Open following a straight sets loss to Juan Sebastian Cabal and Robert Farah here on Sunday.

Paes and Raja could not put up much of a challenge, going down 1-6, 2-6 to the unseeded Colombian duo in an hour and nine minutes.
