Huawei shipped ten million ‘Mate 20’ series units


Chinese smartphone maker Huawei has shipped over ten million units of its “Mate 20” Series’ worldwide, the company said on Monday.

“Our ultimate goal is to lead the transformation of the smart device industry and deliver an inspired, intelligent experience to consumers across all scenarios,” Kevin Ho, President of Handset Business of Huawei Consumer Business Group (CBG) said in a statement.

“Mate 20” Series are powered by the world’s first 5G-ready 7nm (nanometre) chipset Kirin 980, equipped with Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities.

With breakthroughs in ID design and colours like emerald green and midnight blue, the Mate series combines a unique blend of technology and design.
