Police in Toronto have made four arrests in a homicide that’s more than two years old.

The case dates back to the morning of Dec. 19, 2016, when 26-year-old Faysal Mohamed Hees was shot to death at an apartment building on Islington Avenue in Etobicoke.

Police say a 21-year-old man from Toronto, Adil Zeno, was arrested on Friday and charged with first-degree murder. He was due to appear in court on Saturday morning.

Investigators say 24-year-old Monique Ibrahim of Toronto turned herself in to police Saturday and was charged with first-degree murder.

Two other Toronto men, aged 26 and 27, have been charged with accessory after the fact, and are due in court on Monday.
